CLARK COUNTY PRAYER CONNECT

Clark County Prayer Connect is a growing network of Jesus followers encouraging the Body of Christ in Clark County to connect more deeply, through prayer, with Jesus Christ, His Church, and those who do not yet know Him. Our two motivations are 1) Jesus deserves the worship of each person in Clark County and 2) Jesus desires to bless each person in Clark County.

Good Samaritan Ministries is an international organization dedicated to the healing and transformation of individuals, families, and communities through sharing the Kingdom of God. We offer personal and family counseling, lay counselor training, groups, classes, and workshop in 12 Centers in the United States. GSM also provides counselor teaching and training, ministry to widows, orphans and elderly; development of micro-enterprise projects; and education of children in 24 countries around the world. All of our services are provided on a donation-only basis.

Hope After Betrayal Ministries’ provides hope and healing for women injured as a result of sexual betrayal. Counseling

MarriageTeam trains Christian couples to be marriage coaches and places couples with coaches to strengthen and save marriages. About a third of the couples who come to coaching are considering divorce. After coaching, 94% decide not to divorce. Marriage coaches teach improved relationship skills and help couples apply the skills to resolve the issues they are facing. In addition to resolving issues many couples experience significant healing for their relationship.

Ourganda transforms misery zones into flourishing zones in zero-income villages in western Uganda. Strong Harvest International works with families in the developing world to provide good nutrition, clean water, and economic opportunities – right in their own backyards. Partnering with churches, schools, orphanages, and community groups, we train local participants in basic nutrition and the cultivation and uses of the multi-faceted Moringa Tree. Strong Harvest’s Moringa Program provides avenues of health and hope through enhanced food security, improved health, and increased economic viability – all at the family level.
